We just happened to be in a nearby Walmart in Taylor, TX (Sunday ~3:00) and they had just received a paper goods delivery. Folks lined up and there were two employees at the front of the aisle letting us go one shopper at a time and they explicitly stated "One pack of toilet paper and one pack of paper towels", and there were two Walmart employees at the exit end of the aisle watching the carts. The line moved along pretty fast. At checkout, the guy behind me had two packs of bottled water and the checker said "Sir you are only allowed one pack of bottled water".

I appreciate Walmart in Taylor doing it that way! Good job!

DW went to Sams in Round Rock TX this morning to stand in line and see what she can get. She got there at 8:00 and there was already a line of about 50 people. She is not home yet (10:22 am). Central Texas counties are supposed to go into a "shelter in place" order at noon today - but when I read what other counties in TX have done - we are already doing all of that anyway.
