I really don't think you were rude. We all get caught sometimes in the situation you describe. We just have to make the best of it as you did. I think most of us who have been RVing for awhile understand the importance of not being disturbed when we are setting up and preparing to leave a site. There are numerous things we look for and do and we usually have a routine for that. When we get thrown out of cadence things can go wrong. Joe
