Don, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem with the step but I have to wonder what is different about yours? There are a lot of 2955 owners on this forum and this is the very first time I've heard of this problem. I'm wondering if there is something different about your steps? Does anyone know if there are different steps for the 2955 and maybe Don got the wrong steps?
