All of the local diesel pumps in our area have a cetane sticker that say it is or exceeds 40. Your performance and mileage will suffer if it's on the low end. I can make exactly the same trip and get 12mpg hauling or like last week, 10.2. Without 5er can be as high as 22 or as low as 18 - same trip/road/approx. weather
