Dave, I'm not sure I understand the Turning off part. Whether the AirCard is pluged into the KR1 Router or the Computer I can connect or disconnect at will. By removing the AirCard from the router or computer I have effectively turned it off. Besides on or off it still costs 59.99 a month.
