Here in Alaska, it appears that the Air Force is lagging behind on updating their campgrounds, compared to the Army FamCamps. The Army facilities at Seward Alaska are really nice but then I shouldn't tell you that 'cause I might want to go back.

We're presently at Fort Richardson and they even have a free laundromat. Can't beat that price! Facilities are a little skimpy as far as restrooms but it's in a nice setting with all pullthroughs for $16.00 per night, full hookups. It's nice to have commissary and BX facilities close, too. WiFi is lacking, We're on somebody's connection on the base.
