Anybody have advice opening up that area of the underbelly to see where it’s leaking? Also if I do need screws does anybody know what size would work the best?

Curious, are you sure it's a leak? I had a similar experience after filling my fresh water tank water stated leaking out of the belly. It turned out to be my overflow. It was never plumbed outside the trailer. The dealership has since repaired it.
