You are truly fortunate to have a great service department. We also bought our Montana at a family owned dealership with a fantastic service department and manager. We did our due diligence and for a couple of years it paid off. The dealership was just swallowed up by one of the mega stores and the people that made it great are gone. Unfortunately that includes the service manager. Over night the service rate went from $80 to $164 per hour. Now we are looking again.
