OK, there were a couple tire failures but are they random events or is it just the beginning of a trend where a good tire no longer is reliable (think 1980-90s Firestone) and has joined the long China Bomb list. I just did a very short wander around the net and a couple other forums and while found 3-4 others who have had Sailun failures of one kind or another, don't really see a burgeoning trend of one failure after another.

What are your other reliable choices? They may be there but what are they? Simple Tire have dozens of brands but many that I've never heard of in any context. Goodyear Endurance? Not for me after my past 5er Marathon experiences or Wranglers on past pickups plus their pricing is ridiculous for tread depth/wear life expectancy
