I would suggest that the real problem is the integrity of the manufacturer. All manufacturers have production runs that go wrong. This is accepted throughout industries. The difference between manufacturers is how they handle what used to be refereed to as a “Friday” product.

So you list the manufacturers in a column contain products of the same cost bracket and start grading them by the reports obtained from the dissatisfied owners. Not by how many problems they have with the product but by the actions of the manufacturer when problems are reported.

If you review the post on this forum alone you find a very large disparity in how Keystone handles the problems they have created by using a very unorganized production system and unqualified workers.

By observation I have concluded that this is the major complaint form the members of this forum.
