I just started yet another thread on my experience with this issue. Don't give too much credit to Keystone's "engineers". I actually am a structural engineer, and I know that aluminum gains it's strength thru heat treatment, and the heat of welding weakens the metal adjacent to the weld. This is why airplanes are ALWAYS riveted and not welded. The only way to regain the strength lost during welding is to re-heat treat the material. Impractical with a trailer wall. Keystone has been aware of this issue for a long time, and callously has thumbed their nose at their customers. No more Keystone junk for me.
