slideouts

OK all you Montana problem-solvers, I've got a question for you. [size=2]Has anyone else experienced this?

After a long day on the road, while setting up, we were putting out the slide-outs and the kitchen slide-out was a problem. Seemed like only one end of it was sliding and the other end wasn't, causing the slide-out to torque or pivot. After two more unsuccessful attempts, we used the automatic again, helping it along on the sluggish end by pushing it out, from the inside. In the morning, we had to push the sluggish end from the outside while using the automatic. That brought it fully in.

Does anyone have an idea what's wrong and how to fix it?
