With our 2008 3400RL, there was a small bag attached to the toilet with a book and an little white emery board. It said to use this on the toilet seal monthly to prevent build up on the seal causing the bowl to lose water... Haven't used the board yet as I have only spent a week in the Monty and now its winterized.
