That is the one thing that I wonder about too on the ball mounts. Just seems like it could rotate on there. Obviously, it must work pretty well, as you don't hear a lot of people complaining about it.

I wonder if PullRite will do the same thing? If they would, I would probably get a base like this, and then get an ISR slider hitch. Then it stays with us forever, and I'll I might need to get is a new base plate to match the pucks...
