True, and based on personal experience, I try to avoid East St. Louis Ill, South Chicago and Hammond, Indiana, certain parts of New Orleans, Miami and Atlanta and other areas in this country. I had issues in Mexico in the 60's, and have too many wonderful places to go in this country to get me to go back where I've had issues.
