I had the same problem on my 2020 3721RL and I traced it to the transfer switch. One leg of relay was not connecting power to the converter so the charger was not working. I have replaced two transfer switches so far and posted that information. I was in Branson, Missouri when the problem occurred. Hope this helps.

PS I had to hook the cable of the trailer to my truck and activate the break controller to charge the batteries to get slides in and jacks up plus run the refer on the way home.
