Apparently the new tax law has been misinterpreted by RVIA and others. It actually only pertains to dealers and not customers. Many of you are familiar with Howard and Linda Payne of the RV Dreams blog and education sessions at RV shows. Howard, an ex-attorney, took a hard look at the law and offers his opinion that the change will not affect us. Read it HERE. make your own conclusion and/or consult your tax attorney.
