Get your paisanics on

Zesty Italian cheese steak
5lbs eye of round
1lb mushrooms sliced thin
1 medium yellow onion julianned
1tabelspoon zesty Italian salad dressing mix
2 bay leaves
24 oz beef broth
combine all ingredients and pressure cook for 80 minutes ( follow pressure cooker instructions)
remove beef and shred
mix in onions & mushrooms
stuff a 18" Italian hogie/sub roll
load with provolone and mozzarella cheese
sprinkle on dried oregano and bake at 350 until cheese is melted and roll is crispy/crusty.

This can also be made in a slow cooker on low (it will just take about 8 hours)
