Clean out and Repair Step 1

Howdy Dave,
I finally got around to opening things up and found our valve leak had indeed caused damage. So we started by carefully cutting out all the affected areas without damaging the floor supports or pipes. We had a piece of sub-floor that was treated with Thompsons that was perfect as a temp patch. I cut out the holes for the furnace register, black tank flange and fresh water hose. We bought a new flange with an extender and laid the sub-floor plank over the hole till we decide exactly what kind of flooring finish we want to install. All is good so far. Will update when we lay the new flooring.
