Eturnabond makes a roof cleaner that works really well for their product. If you need to buy a cleaner for your roof, check out their cleaner when you order your tape. Cut your tape to size first before peeling off the backing. Get it lined up how you want it and start at one end peeling off the backing as you go. This stuff is EXTREMELY sticky and once its down, there is no pulling it back to realign. Try getting all air bubbles out as you lay it down, especially along the edges. I found using my fingers as well as a stiff plastic putty knife does the job. Check out some U-tube videos for more info. This is a great product and will definitely fix your issue. When you re glue your roof make sure there are no bubbles beyond where you opened up the roof. If there are some, make sure you glue those down as well. As far as putting down dicore along the tape edges, if you work the tape edges down well, its not necessary, but won’t hurt either. Good luck !
