Jim-- This unit by the OP is a 2011 High Country and I doubt very much if even the Customer Service Reps have any idea what the problem is or any idea as to fix it.
Chris- We have a 2013 3582 Montana and it has two switches on the curbside rear side wall that handles the lights under the overhead cabinet and the set of ceiling lights in front of the upper cabinets. I have no idea as to where the switch for the HC's are at for those lights.
