Yes, I saw that but in the picture it just looks like a rocker switch and when you said it didn't function I didn't know if it didn't conduct electricity or just didn't move which is what you've clarified.
I'm stymied as to any possible purpose for that. I presume the wire to it is hot?
Keystone should come up with some kind of explanation.
