My rig developed stress cracks also. I called Keystone and told them when I would be in Goshen and asked them if they could take a look at them. They just finished repairing the cracks. They did some reinforcing (ours is a 2000 3555RL) that corrects the problem and they replaced the entire panel of fiberglass. Did an excellent job at no charge even though our rig is out of warranty.

I called Keystone at 574-535-2100, told them of my concerns and they directed me to the proper people. Lon Nelson is in charge of these types of repairs and is really customer oriented.
