NAHHH just Turn turning the Page and starting a new Chapter in life that's all ,You should have not much problem selling the Monty they are popular as we all know,My friend a few months ago sold his 2012 3402RL in one week and got a smaller V10 Gasser Class A,he went with a class A because he did not like being in cocoon/Cave when Driving made him feel Claustrophobic but heck what ever works for ya..Good Luck
