I took the 7 minutes and watched the video on their website. The thing that struck me/stood out was their approach and philosophy to service after the fact. As I read so many of the threads on this forum, it becomes apparent to me that one of Keystone's greatest shortcomings is their service and warranty after the fact. At the end of the day, 90% of these coaches are very similar in quality and defects, to me what sets the manufacturers apart is the long term commitment to customer satisfaction.
