I did on my ford for a few tanks full but didnt notice a big increese in milage and combining the cost of fuel, and all the other additives we are forced to put in our trucks for EPA reasons or the truck wont run along with cetane boosters. the price of fuel get out of control when added all together.
My 6.7 Ram dont need any help it is the perfect set-up for our 2980RL. so I dont buy any.
