On my 03 Duramax LB7 that has known injector issues I use Kleen every tankfull it quiets my injectors and I get a little increase in MPG, and I also use low ash 2 stroke oil every so often to lube then, On your 2012 6.7 I would think you would only have to use additives every once in a while
