If your going to be staying in one spot on the private land then the roof over does make some sense. A storage building is also very handy, particularly if you can put a washer and dryer in it. In fact, I have seen several roof overs with a building added on the back end. Just make sure the door is easy in and out.


A small BBQ is also a very good add. Maxima makes one that is about 15" round and can be fueled by either a 1 gallon little bottle or adapted to something larger. We plan on getting one and mounting it to our porch rail. It will be far more practical than the big honking 5 burner monster I bought first.......
