Don't understand why pump handles are not Federally, if not internationally, regulated. It seems universally smart that diesel pumps should all be the same color, gas another color and DEF yet another. Multiple gas octanes or types of diesel should be selectable from the same nozzle and/or on the dispensing pump. How hard is that? Of course it helps that the end user should also be paying attention to what they are doing. As to the delivery person making a mistake... yep it should covered under insurance as the end user cannot be expected to do a field fuel quality test before pumping. It is called a reasonable expectation.
