Interesting discussion. Our '06 6.0 is three and a half years old to us and we've put half it's mileage on it - 58k total. I've heard of the hose problem off and on and had thought about picking up a replacement one just in case something happened. I'm not worried because of mileage, but because of age. The existing one is black, and not blue. Also, have never gotten over 30 - 35 psi, and that was only once.
