I looked at those knife switches at Camping world Saturday. I agree that they look cheesy and not very durable at all. Especially with the weight of the cable hanging from it as it bounces down the road.
I personally disconnect the battery's (-) cable from the battery. My old SOB had wing nuts on the battery that made it easy to disconnect it. I think I'll get wing nuts for this camper too.
