Have you tried calling Customer Service and ask to talk to Lon Nelson? I've seen them do leak tests on slideouts and made the repairs. A lot of dealers won't do anything but I do know that when you approach Keystone courteously (no display of anger), they have bent over backwards for me and my unit was well past the warranty period.
