I agree with Carol (Mrs.CountryGuy) to consider taking your rig to Goshen. There are full hookups at the Center in Goshen. Considering your agenda or time you want to dedicate to righting this, I am of the belief that working with the folks really helps. Deciding who is wrong, who carrys the water, etc, may not always satisfy the ultimate solution you want. Once you go thru the dealer door, and then ultimately to the Keystone Service Center, I truly beleive the Service Center will rectify your issues. It's a decision you must make based on what you feel is right for you. I'm retired. I would go to the Center to resolve the issue. Good Luck on your decision.
