We don't fulltime either but may I suggest you make a list of things that confuse or interest you and make a side by side comparasion on the way each state handles each issue. Your travel plans/habits and the effects of the location of the address should probably be included also.
Then again, don't worry about it. Y'all are movers now, pick a state and if it doesn't work out, change.
