I called Goodyear national customer service, got the number from the net. I asked for a supervisor, but didn't get one. When the rep asked what was wrong I told him "you know and I know that Marathons shouldn't be on a rig this heavy. Can we work something out now or do you want to wait till damage is involved?" I was placed on hold for a long time, but finally they directed me to a Goodyear dealer to have the remaining tread measured. The dealer then called them and then offered me a deal that I took. You have an advantage in the negotiations since you have had failures. Call national and push nicely for a solution that makes sense.
