We saw this model at the Pomona RV show. We would have bought it if it were available when we bought ours. I've even considered trading ours in on one. The utility room would be great for crafts, office or 2nd bedroom when somebody comes to visit and stays far longer than expected. Don't know that I'd use the loft for much beyond storage of light stuff. One issue was the utility room didn't have an AC duct. It was 100 degrees outside and the little room felt every bit that warm.
