Forgot to mention, I use adjustable jackstands that exceed 3000 lbs at each wheel (your trailer axle weight may differ. I have read a few places or articles that hydraulic bottle or scissor type jacks(stands) are not recommended since they can seep and lower over time and aren't you trying to keep the rubber in the air to not carry the trailer weight?

Then an extra safeguard like plastic placemats under the tires eliminates whether or not cement leeches rubber. Just make sure there's some amount of tire rubber contact to keep the placemat in place.
