We like DarMar have the original 3601RL floor plan with the kitchen pantry/ washer set up and we love it.

Really towing with any 2500 could be iffy with the pin weights. Best case you may need to upgrade your suspension system with airbags, etc. Which a few MOCers here have done. Remember that it is not only whether your PU will pull it but will it stop it. When you get into the 350 and 450 series of trucks you will get heavier duty brakes and suspension systems, thus the heavier towing capacity for them.
