I might be able to answer a few of your questions. I have a Samsung residential refer in a SOB. Not sure if it will fit, there are some installation concerns...securing it in place and securing the doors. Both of which are doable.
Unless you have installed an inverter, your 3455SA probably didn't come with one. I have a 1000 watt pure sine inverter powering my refer. I have 4-6 volt batteries, but I'm sure you could get by with 2-12's or 2-6's wired in series.
