We've had ours 9 years and love it. It's been a great, reliable unit. We had some issues the 1st 18 months which were frustrating, but very happy since. We spend about 80 nights a year, most at out seasonal site and the rest on the road. Upgrades, wet bolt shackles, EZ flex equalizer, Michlien tires, lazyboy recliners, HD TV, fireplace, 12" memory foam mattress, Jack direct TV antenna, replaced black tank & converter. I added a pot & pan drawer under oven & a built in hamper in the toilet room. It tows smooth. All appliances are still good. Never had a leak other than black tank. Its a keeper. I read far too many threads here about problems with new. (poor quality control) New is too expensive also.
