Agree you should replace all your tires if the trailer sits for 3 years for safety insurance but 4 trailer tires will likely cost less than $1100. For example, four (4) 14 ply Saliun radial tires (ST235/80R16G mfg part no. 541960) cost $665 plus installation. That is what I did after returning from a 3 year overseas assignment, even though the trailer had limited use.
