Linda, sorry to hear you are canceling out. No one knew that any help was needed. You seemed to have everything in order. You could have asked for help here on the forum or emailed the people that have registered. Perhaps I could have offered my services as well. My bad.
This thread should have been kept up to dated so anyone who was interested or the people that have signed up could follow along. Please refer to the our other rally threads as examples. We understand your reasoning for canceling and releasing the sites before the cut off date of June 14, due to lack of interest.
You could have posted your thoughts about the early release of the sites as a sign of courtesy. And the thought of canceling is a little unsettling, would a performer cancel his show because of a lack of attendance?
We are all disappointed for the lack of attendees, for this years Mid-Atlantic for various reasons and prior commitments. Hopefully next year will be different.
