There is no way to change the local channels on Dish without calling them. They have been telling me for over a year that they planned to automate that but it still has not happened. Before I got Dish in my home, I could change the zip on my RV Wally without help. As soon as I put Dish into my house, they said I could not do that anymore. The UP side is that I only pay $7 a month for the service in the RV and I can add and delete the service anytime.
