The other side of this coin is the ones that STOP in the merge lane then look over their shoulder and wait until NO traffic is coming in ALL 3 LANES and then proceed! Merge? Whoever taught them how to drive must have skipped that chapter. This behavior is especially appreciated by large RV drivers and tractor-trailer drivers trying to get onto the main road.
