We full-time in our Big Sky and have a Blue Heeler named Bella. She loves to travel and easily adjusted from the large back yard we had at our house, to the constant leash-walks. The drawback - having to keep outings short because we have a dog waiting on us. We have a one-month stay planned for Washington DC this Spring and are going to have to send her to my dad in AR. There is just no way to see DC with a dog in tow and it wouldn't be fair to her, to leave her all day.
