What year is your 3475? I have a 06 and there has been,that I know of, no frame problems. The remote thermostat should have been replaced a while back by the dealer. There has been many posts on both problems. They replaced a board in the air conditioner. Also a new thermostat on the wall. Ours was replaced and works great now. On the frame you might e-mail MIMF2 and ask him. With the smooth?????? roads we have today it's a wonder ANY frame holds up. Good luck
