I think for most people it's just a matter of necessity as to why their units isits out
Most people either don't have or are not willing to spend money on a structure to cover it.
Nor are they willing to spend hundreds of dollars a month for indoor storage
As for using a cover to me that would be a royal pain in the ass and not worth the effort. Kind of like putting a condom on King Kong
