I think it's because half the screws in a new trailer are stripped. That's because the guy with the driver has not a clue about torqueing down a screw. They just pull the trigger and keep it spinning until the head hits the bottom. That is something that must be taught and no one will take the little bit of time it would take to do it. And then QC might catch it on the back end, but QC? I'm not sure Keystone, or any other RV manufacturer, knows what that actually entails - even if they say they do it.
