Welcome to the MOC and thank both you and your family for your service. We can relate to your background as I was in the Navy at age 20 and we were also living off base in an RV, a Spartan Royal Mansion travel trailer. For the leaks I recommend checking the slide seals to make sure they are turned correctly when slides are out and are as clean as possible. Slide toppers will help some with water issues, and Eternabond for rubber roof holes and self leveling sealant for the roof vents and pipes exits.
