Battery minder
The other day I read a MOC post on desulfurizing the battery. The person suggested a battery (minder) that was "12V 8A auto reverse pulse deep cycle battery charger". In my research I found a BatteryMinder Maintenance Charger-Desulfator that offers 8A, 4A & 2A. My question is WHY do I need 8Amp? I have 2Amp battery minder (with desulfator) on my AGM battery. How do I know if my 2A is desulfating the battery?
This morning I read on this forum that our (Progressive) Converter has Charge Wizard which desulferizes our batteries. Now I'm really confused!
Do I need an 8A charger-desulfator? Or is my 2A battery minder sufficient or do I need to remove the 2 Amp battery minder all together???
